Anyone can take a class at Fitness Made Fun!, regardless of weight, fitness level, or age. We oﬀer both traditional classes and customized classes, so getting bored isn't an option! From gentle classes to high-level intensity workouts with weights, we're sure you'll find a class that addresses your needs. Zumba: inspired by Latin American music, Zumba involves elements of both aerobics and dance and incorporates music from a variety of dance styles, including salsa, mambo, samba, hip-hop, and tango. Zumba is an excellent choice for men and women of all ages, particularly those who like to dance, have fun, and socialize.
Fat Blast: Supersetting basic yet fat blasting moves that are easy to follow, makes this class a perfect fit for anyone. Cardio and weights are blended together creating a short (30 minute) and highly eﬀective and modifiable totat body workout. 3 classes/week.
Cardio Kickboxing : A Challenging workout based on the training of boxers. Featuring standard punches, blocks, and kicks combined with traditional fitness moves to develop cardiovascular health, strength and core. Easily modifiable for all levels plus it's fun & helps with stress relief. 1 class/week.
Pound™ Rock Workout : Channel your inner rockstar with this full-body, 45 minute, cardio jam session, inspried by drumming. Using Ripstix, lightly weighted drumsticks, you'll torch calories and tone while rocking out to your favorite music!
Strength Training : Build strength, endurance and size of skeletal muscles, as well as increasing bone, muscle, tendon and ligament strength and toughness using free weights. Progressively increasing the output of the muscles as we add weight and vary the exercises week by week.
